About Me

I am a qualified chef with all appropriate hygiene certificates and have been cake decorating for fifteen years for friends and family.

When I started planning my own wedding in 2004 I realised just how expensive everything was. The price always seemed to double when you mention the word WEDDING!!

I felt there was a need for more sensible priced wedding cakes for those of us who couldn't or didn't want to spend a years wages on one day, but who still wanted to have everything for their special day. I set up my business in 2006 and in 2009 I completed a professional diploma in sugar craft. I am a member of the sugar craft guild and this year a bride who's wedding cake I made nominated me for an award in The Wedding Industry Awards 2012!

My aim is to provide quality cakes at a reasonable price.
